Kansas City, Missouri
As part of a $25M stormwater infrastructure investment for Kansas City’s Westport District, LINK is providing project management, stakeholder and public engagement services as part of the Burns and McDonnell team. Addressing frequent flooding issues in a historic area of the city, significant stakeholder engagement was conducted to develop a solution to enhance walkability, safety, and stormwater management. The design has incorporated significant green infrastructure, reconstruction of a prominent and historic street, and the revitalization of a city park with historic significance.
