BABETTE MACY

Principal and Founder

 

Over the past two decades, LINK’s founding principal, Babette Macy, has earned the reputation as a creative leader and trusted advisor who understands how to execute a plan and bring vital projects to the finish line. She has extensive experience with stakeholder engagement and is an implementation expert for public/private partnerships. As chairwoman for the city’s Planning Commission from 2009-2019, Babette has extensive knowledge of city departments and agencies. Her work with architecture, engineering and construction firms coupled with her leadership in the community and industry gives her a broad understanding of the necessary strategic initiatives required to bring a project to fruition.

GINA STINGLEY

Public Relations and Communications

 

As a market strategy team member with two decades of experience in brand development, communications and public relations, Gina has a track record of success in harnessing the role of communications to garner public support for complex issues. Guided by market-driven insights and with a wide range of project experience, Gina has developed and rolled out multi-million-dollar brands, launched PR campaigns to promote and gain consensus for divisive public issues, and developed thought leadership campaigns to create broad awareness for current issues. Gina has vast experience with large-scale public/private partnerships involving multiple stakeholder groups. In 2018, she was awarded Building Design and Construction Magazine 40 Under 40.

PEGGY AMOR

Project Manager

 

Peggy has over 15 years of AEC industry experience, with a primary focus on public sector clients and projects. Among her favorite type of work, she enjoys communicating the value and importance of infrastructure to the public. Peggy’s other skills include active listening, strategic and tactical planning, research, and organization. A graduate of Leadership Overland Park, she continues to stay active in her community, taking roles on city advisory boards and volunteering with various school, professional, and civic organizations. 

CAITLYN PFEIFFER

Project Coordinator

 

Caitlyn is a young professional with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and applies her background to support complex development and infrastructure initiatives. In her role, Caitlyn works closely with internal teams, design and construction partners, and clients to help deliver successful outcomes aligned with LINK’s commitment to high-quality projects and community-focused goals. In addition to her project-focused responsibilities, she provides behind-the-scenes operational support that helps streamline processes, maintain organization, and keep projects moving efficiently.

GINNY HERMANSON

Project Support

 

Providing behind-the-scenes support for financial/accounting management, Ginny brings over 25 years of progressive leadership, with a strong record of delivering success across supply chain, finance, operations, technology services, and program management. Ginny’s experience with effectively translating financial concepts into successful business practice guides the company’s overall financial health.

Kansas City, Missouri As part of a $25M stormwater infrastructure investment for Kansas City’s Westport District, LINK is providing project management, stakeholder and public engagement services as part of the Burns and McDonnell team. Addressing frequent flooding issues in a historic area of the city, significant stakeholder engagement was conducted to develop a solution to enhance walkability, safety, and stormwater management. The design has incorporated significant green infrastructure, reconstruction of a prominent and historic street, and the revitalization of a city park with historic significance.
